I recently picked up a discontinued blank from a retailer. The markings on the blank say "TP845" and I was told that it was a discontinued line of Allstar popping blanks. By the look/feel of it, I would guess that the length and action match this description but I have no other info on the blank.
Can anyone verify this?? I would like some more specs on the blank if you have them. Coby Re: AllStar Blank ??

All blanks I have used from All Star start the ID off with the letter 'B' Re: AllStar Blank ??

I know that B845P was a 7' 1 piece popping blank. They also had a BAST845P Titanuim popping blank. Regards......Doug@ TCRds Re: AllStar Blank ??

BAST845P, 8 to 17 lb line, 1/4 to 5/8 oz lure wt., moderate action, medium power. Nice blank. I like popping rod blanks, I find them to be very versatile on many species and techniques. Re: AllStar Blank ??

One other thing I can add about the blank is that it has a gloss/graphite finish. I'm not sure if Allstar ever did have a low-end line of blanks with this finish???

Dear Sir: I am hoping that when you gather all the necessary information on this blank that you will have absolutely no interest in it whatsoever. When you finally decide to get rid of it I will gladly pay you a handsome bonus if you will ship it to me! Please send me an email - there are some redfish in the Louisiana Marsh that blank should have the opportunity to harvest.
