Anyone tried the Matrix fly rod blanks yet, I like the look but again the way it works is sooooo much more important to me. I would love to hear your input.
Thanks
Dave

I've built one and have two more in the queue. They're nicely finished, straight and very quick. If you check the CCS data site, you'll find some info in there, but not a lot since they're pretty new. You'll notice the AA's are over 70 and the ERN's are at least one line weight higher than Amtak rates them.

There is CCS Data (Top Left) on a couple of blanks.

We tested one with Dr. Bill Hanneman at the Big Show with his stuff, we did not write it down, but it was something like a 6wt blank, its CCS data was dead on it's ratings - line weight and action rating.
