Mudhole is selling unsanded blanks. They are cheap, think they were $4.95 a piece. Dont think they are first quality though.

Mark Steffen of Steffen Brothers Fly Rods in Flagstaff, Arizona sells his blanks either unsanded (he calls "standard" finish) or sanded and painted (he calls "premium" finish). He makes only fly blanks - don't know what you're looking for. Up until last year Orvis sold their Superfine fly blanks unsanded but now they have changed that series to sanded and painted and I don't think they sell blanks anymore, not sure though. Diamondback made their All-American series blanks unsanded but discontinued them. If you ask around with Diamondback dealers there may be some out there on the shop shelves somewhere to be had.

I believe Scott still offers G series and F series (fiberglass) fly blanks. These are top quality and unsanded.
