just to let everyone know what a great guy neal is to deal with.
it takes a special pearson to be able to deal with someone who has none or very little knowledge
of rod building. neal has taken the time on several occasions to explain things and pretty much walk me thru things. his knowledge has been extremly helpful to say the least.
if any other newbies need help , supplies or what ever contact neals fishing he is extremly helpful and fun to visit with. great guy all way around.
THANKS AGAIN NEAL

I haven't had the pleasure to deal with Neal yet :-), but was able to talk to Karry Batson this afternoon. Talk about a knowledgable guy to "chew the fat" with! I couldn't believe how he took the time to explain a few things for me on an upcoming order that I placed for his product through H&H.

This takes nothing away from him, actually in a sense, it is all about the great customer service I received from him in answering my questions....but if only eveyone could be held to this standard. I think it is the daily grind of dealing with people that don't hold a candle to this standard that makes me even more impressed when I get someone who actually cares about your inquiries!

Thanks Karry!

the best, the easiest dealer i've ever...um...dealt with. Needed two saltwater surfcasting rods and being much new to the sport/hobby/craft i was pretty much in the dark, neil hooked me up with 2 full setups at a reasonable rate and I'll be heading back to him for more. Honest, decent, fair, courteous....a real pleasure.
