Hello!
Maybe somebody can advise where could I source them for the light 10'6" spinning rod based on #11 fly blank. The inspiration I got from a 3m Shimano Aspire: [tinyurl.com]. Note that the smaller guides are single-foot. Or is there another manufacturers with similar products? Thank you, Aivars Re: Light Fuji Low Riders

Those aren't lowriders on the Aspire. The guides on the tip section are ceramic fly guides, and the others are high frame single foot spin guides. It's a simple concept system, and one that I bet you can set up better than the factory does. Do a search here for "new concept" and there's tons of info. Re: Light Fuji Low Riders

Those look like Fuji UN frames, but it's hard to tell. Shimano Aspire Fuji Low Riders: pics

I've placed some pics on my server if somebody wants to have a look.
[db.sejubanka.lv] This rod has an interesting guide set: 1st 3 are of the same size, next 4 also but just 1 mm larger. Look very much like the fly ones. Very short legs. The last 3 guides definitely look like low riders. Rods passport states it too. Would be interesting to build my rod with these. The funny thing is that this Aspire meets my requirements by 90% and probabely costs less. But it's not just about money, isn't it? Cheers, aivars Re: Light Fuji Low Riders

OK - 1_1 and 1_3 are lowriders. 1_2 looks like an MNSG to me. These do not look the same as the guides on the Aspire in the first photo to me. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
