I just recieved a bellinger ULSB DLX NS and noticed that the inside bore is .375. Its going on a three weight rod and I was actually expecting the bore to be .312 so I was wondering what to use as a spacer???? I've used tape to build up an arbour or whatever but just a small amount to create a snug fit on a previous rod. With a .375 bore will reg tape do or will I require something else???
Thanks ps Anyone use this seat before???? Does the bottom ns ring just above the button get rodbonded in place?? Re: Question re: building an arbour

Heavy thread or cord wound around the blank makes an excellent arbor or bushing when you only need to take up a small amount of space.
It is rare to get an insert that perfectly fits the blank. Insert bores only come in perhaps two or three different sizes, while rod blank butt diameters come in a myriad of sizes. You nearly always must shim or ream to fit. ........... Re: Question re: building an arbour
