Dan Craft FT 8 wt

Yesterday I got to put my new FT 8 wt to the test. Very nice rod!! It's a bit heavy for the fishing I do around here, but it will be great in the salt! Thanks Dan for putting such a good and reasonably priced blank on the market for us addicts!

You said it, Peter! "Very nice rod...thanks Dan!" The FT's are flying off our "shelves" here at Rocky Mountain--if you haven't checked 'em out yet, you owe it to yourself to do so! And if you've only tried the 8'6" or 9'-ers, ya gotta try the 10's...they're incredible. I think the FT908-4 Peter refers to really is one of the best options out there for an all-round stick for the salt.

A friend of mine just built a 10' 6 wt. Also a VERY nice rod. I already have two 6 wts, but they are both two piece rods. Guess I'll have to build a 4 pc FT! Or maybe I should try a sig V.
