Just wanted to let you know that I got the privilege of dealing with Andy Sneddon at Rodbuilder Supplies over the Easter weekend. I talked (mostly listened to some great info) with him for probably an hour and a half on a Saturday morning and not at any point was he anything less than a wonderful host. I also picked up some top-notch products from him. I would highly recemmend Andy for any of your rodbuilding needs. He has my business for life.

I second the motion!!! Just a few days ago I had a similar experience. I called Andy for the first time requesting info on Titan Guides. What was expected to be a brief call turned into a rambling and very pleasant conversation. I feel like I made a real friend. For me relationships are the key to good business and Andy Sneddon typifies the kind of guy who makes it a breeze. There are many wonderful people serving this market. I can name at least a dozen trusted contacts who can be found on the Sponsor Board to the left. There are many more I have yet to meet. The best part is that the standards seem to be rising. It is clear that good customer care is the most important aspect of business. Those who fail to keep up will fall by the wayside and the marketplace will benefit.

I third the sentiment. For the past month or so, I have been talking and emailing Andy about a rod he is building for me. In spite of my occasional ignorance and indecision, Andy has been comforting with his knowledge, patience, and concern. He is a professional with a heart. I enthusiastically recommend doing business with him.
