I guess I'm not as smart as the average bear. I can't find anything on the photos page to allow me to upload photos. I guess I need some instruction. Help?

After you register, you can look to the upper right portion of the header and you'll see a list of options. One of them will say "upload photos." Hit that and you'll be on your way.

I am registered, but not seeing the upload photo button. Perhaps you have to "activate" or "approve" my registration.

You have to activate it by clicking on the link that is sent via email to you. Make sure you are including a valid email address and that your email program is allowing the validation to come through.

At that point, look at the rodbuilding.org header, underneath that are the rules and then just underneath those rules and to the right hand side is a list of options. That's where you'll find the "upload photos" button.

I never received an email. My email address is valid.

You need to go back and read the rules, Sean. I found your registration, it's not valid. Go back over the rules and then re-register. Thanks.

I did read the rules after registering with an alias. I re-registered already with my actual name. I used a different email address (sometimes these things keep track of email addresses so you can't register twice). As far as I can tell, I followed the directions. It won't allow me to register again using my name. Perhaps if you deleted that one as well, then i can start over.

My guess is that my office email server has "captured" the auto response.

I would say that is the problem . You'll have to use an email address that will allow the validation message to get through.

Aaah! I finally got emails to authenticate registration, but I get a message that says I can't be authenticated. I guess it is just not to be. I registered with 2 different names to 2 different email addresses--being checked by different computers. Must be a firewall issue. I'll try at home.
