cork tape

The last roll of cork tape I bought was the cloth-backed type. The roll I had before had no cloth-backing and was much better to use. I can't remember which online site I purchased it from. Does anyone know who sells the non-backed cork tape?

You're probably going to have to call around and ask some of the sponsors. It has been my experience that the cloth backed cork tape does not last as long (adhesive dries out quicker) than the non-backed stuff.

I agree. The non-backed taped also seems to have a much smoother texture. JMO
