I've found myself with lot's of repair work plus some new stuff this spring.My question is how long do I acually have to turn a blank after aplying finish? I will be using Fexcoat Lite.I realize it may take 24 hours for a full cure but thought maybe I do not need to turn them the full time to avoid sags or drips. My drying motor is only set up for one rod at a time and I have lots of projects.

Depends on a number of variables, such as the temperature in the room. the exact proportion of the two parts of the epoxy, the thickness of the applied layer, etc. You need to test each batch as it dries. I assume you pour out each batch on a flat surface before application. Leave that under the turning rod and test it with wooden toothpick from time to time. Can't be precise, but one way to gauge it is when the toothpick meets a lot of resistence and stays upright when its tip is stuck in the epoxy. It should be safe to set the rod aside then. Could be as soon as 2 hours, or much longer.

At 72F, most of the common epoxy finishes we use will set in about 2 hours. I'd rotate for 2 and a half, or 3, just to be safe. Full cure won't be for 3 to 5 days, but you should be able to handle it in 24 hours.
