The threads we use most are size A and size D. What im curious about is what size A and D actually are? Most threads at craft shops, sewing centers, etc. have numeric sizes, not A or D. Does anyone know this? Re: Thread Size

Gudebrod Size A is .0006"
Gudebrod Size D is .0104" Gudebrod Size E is .012" Gudebrod Size EE is .0154 40wt Thread is slightly thinner than Size A Gudebrod (anyone know the diameter in inches?) 35wt is ?" 30wt is ?" Commercial sizes 33 is .007" 46/3 is .008" 69 is .011" 92 is .012" (same diameter as Gudebrod Size E) Hope this helps Any Help filling in the blanks above would be appreciated. Derek Re: Thread Size
