Hmmmmm....Hey Bill......I have a little experience with cramped spaces. In a situation like yours I would recommend some rod racks on the ceiling (I am not kidding here) to store completed rods, painted blanks, and unworked blanks. They are easy to install and actually save tons of space and make an attractive display for your work. The ones I made before were hinged so they folded down and the rods were secured across like the rungs on a ladder. That would open up two corners of your room just doing that. The racks it would recommend use bungie cord under light tension to keep the rods secured. I have so much gear I have borrowed a walk in closet at a friends house to store old used rods for rebuilds. Inagine a walk in closet so packed with boat rod blanks they look like a crop of thick wheat. I store two steamer trunks full of old Penn reels that I need to rebiuld sometime in the closet under the stairs of the same house. My present sandblasting cabinet is the shower stall in the guest bathroom. I get in there wearing a dust mask, overalls, and safety goggles and just go for it.

There are solutions for addicts like us.

Derek

P.S. Thank you for the heads-up on the equip Jay

I would not live very long if I started to stick things on walls and cellings. I already have my CCS on the inside of a small closit door.
I could get rid of some stuff if that darn web site did me any good ??
[www.willierods.com] Money going out, none coming in
Thanks for the suggestions though.
