I know I have seen this here before, but my search was unproductive. I want to make sure there is no silicone on my syringes. What is the best way to clean them to insure there is no silicone? The Flex Coat syringes don't fit my Adapta Cap tops and I have some other syringes. Not sure if they are contaminated with silicone or not, just want to be sure.

They may well be. You need to wash them out with alcohol, but when you do you may find that your rubber plungers will not travel very smoothly. U-40 makes syringers that have rubberless plungers - I've find these to be the safest bet.

When I bought my Adapta caps, I also bought syringes from the place I got the caps. I used alcohol to clean them and have not had a problem with them at all. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
