We are less than a month away from the get together of rod builders at Lamiglas on April 8th, 9th and 10th. If you have not registered or let us know you will be there you please do it soon. There are over 100 rod builders who are going to attend but more are sure welcome. You do not have to have any sort of affiliation just an interest in rod building. I will post the finalized list of presenters in a few days but Kerry Hansen, in my judgement one of the half dozen best weavers in the world will be presenting; Andy Snedden will be giving a presentation on feather inlays; Gary Land, a professional ophthalmologist, will be explaining optics and magnifiers; Darrin Heim from American Tackle; Bill Batson from Batson Enterprises; and Tom Brown from Pacific Bay; will be there talking about their new products; and Ralph O'Quinn, an industry icon and one of the most knowledgeable people in the world when it comes to epoxies and coatings will be giving a presentation and will be available to answer your questions. It should be a lot of fun. And by the way it is all free. If you need any directions to Woodland Washington or need help with transportation from the airport or information on lodging or anything else just contact Todd Vivien at Lamiglas or myself. Has a schedule been set up yet? I signed up to do a talk on outwrapping and haven't been contacted. Any information would be appreciated. Thomas F. Thornhill Re: NW Rod Building Get Together

Thomas,
Todd is working on that right now. It should be available in a couple of days. One of us will post it here when it is done or just send Too or me an e-mail. Re: NW Rod Building Get Together
