Varmack components used to be very popular back in the 60s &70s then they disappeared. There is a store in San Diego, CA that has come up with a lot of Varmac product in the last couple of years like guides, handles, and EVA grips called Varlon and they all have the Varmac trade mark . My question is does anybody have any history? Did PacBay aquire Varmac like they did with Gudebrod & Stuart? Are there any other oulets for Varmac on the web? Thanks! Re: Varmac components, PacBay?

The Varmac trademark was purchased by a San Diego based tackle firm in the early 90's. They source products from various manufacturers and suppliers, and in turn market these items under their Varmac name. Re: Varmac components, PacBay?
