The Charlotte show was great, this is something very well needed for vendors and customers to interact. Been doing buisness with Custom tackle and after a few years it was great to shake a hand. All vendors there were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Bob for introducing me to "Fuzz" and "Coach" two great guys to have in your corner. I hope everyone got to look at Fuzz's rods, they had very nice feather inlays. It was a little more than a feather inlay as he had done some nice art work like making a spinnerbait or a crankbait out of the feathers right down to the treble hooks with barbs, all with feathers. Very nice. He was very helpfull in explaining every step to create a feather inlay. Knowledge from guys like this that have been building for 30 years or so I would have paid more than the admission price for. And to think everyone there was sharing this info for free!
P.S. - Fuzz and Coach for inlighting me on the updated Lamiglass blanks, im almost done with the first one and your right hard to compare.

I saw those excellent feather inlays too. I think it would be great if Tom could do a good write up on those rods. A good step by step article. I fish alot of plastics and fell in love with the worm inlays.

We do have another feather inlay article in the works along with some new things that I think are going to amaze a lot of people.
