I am looking for a tackle/rod building shop in north or central jersey where I can go and buy blanks/guides etc. Can you help me find one? Thanks! Re: Rod building shop

Thanks, but I am looking for supplies (blanks/guides/etc.) rather than someone who builds. Re: Rod building shop

You might have a real problem finding a local shop that carries more than a few items. Just not enough volume. Most rod building supply shops have to deal on an international level to get the volume needed to survive.
Check with some of the sponsors listed on the left and get some catalogs. Every builder has their favorite. Get a catalog from Mudhole. The best and most informative catalog in the business, IMO Mikr Re: Rod building shop

Also get Batson'd Rainshadow/Forecast catalog. Very nice and has the height of the guides showing ring hight Heck - order as many as you can Re: Rod building shop

Brielle bait and tackle is pretty well stocked and the guys are very helpful. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
