...you pack your portable rod wrapper before you pack your suitcase for a business trip.
Sequel...on the trip, your colleagues vote to go to a bar after work, but you stay back at the hotel and have more fun than they do. Re: You know your a rodbuilder when...

Guilty of ALL the above plus:
Odd "tags" of masking tape stuck to the bottoms of your shoes the kitchen floor, the counter top. The ladies at the thread distributor call you at home to let you know they have a new glow in the dark or color change thread selection The lady that embroiders your shirts calls to ask if you have a spare 5,000 yard spool of red nylon multi-twist thread she can use. There are short pieces of thread everywhere through out the house in many colors. Your dog runs when the epoxy bottles come out. The "coffee table books" are MudHole, American Tackle, Batson Enterprise's, Golden Witch's latest catalogs. You visit the local furniture refinisher to discuss two part urethane finish durability . Your truck cap has multiple rod racks installed - and the rods are switched out regularly. Your website is on the front windshield and back cap glass. The sides of your pick up truck has decals / labels for Shimano, Avet, Seeker, G.Loomis, Gamakatsu etc. Many of your shirts have strange diagonal "stripes" of hardened glue Your fingernails have odd gouges in them from files. There are odd flecks of iridescent color-change flakes on your face. People call you from their boats at odd hours with an "emergency" on their way back to the dock. Your friends call at 11PM and are amazed that you're NOT in the shop. Re: You know your a rodbuilder when...
