Hello all,
I am just getting started in the rod building addiction. I found a rod building video at a yard sale, watched, and now I am dying to get started. I haven't bought anything yet and I don't really know what all I need or how to get started. I was wondering if anyone knows of any rod building classes or clubs in California. I'm in Los Angeles but will drive pretty much anywhere! Any help will be appreciated! Paul Butler PauleButler@aol.com Re: Rod Building Class in California

Check the directory here on this site and perhaps even www.tackleworks.org to find some local builders in your own area that might be willing to help.
Also, at www.sport-fish-info.com you can locate the AllCoast rod building board which is centered on the CA rod building scene. Those guys can probably steer you to a local shop that offers classes. ................. Re: Rod Building Class in California

Louis concentrates on salt water rods - which, of course is great in S. Cal. I live in Manhattan Beach - if you'd like, come over and chat, and I'll show you a little of my setup - Jeff Thomson Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
