What is the best product for cleaning up after using flex coat lite - ie cleaning the brush, or if a little excess gets on the rod /guide?

Jerry,
I use 91% Isopropyl Alcohol to clean up any epoxy thats may have gotten on anything. It is readily available at most pharmacies I dont clean my brushes just use the cheap throw away kind from Wal Mart so cant help you there. But you could use some Epoxy brush cleaner, I think its a FLex Coat product?
Hope this helps,
Noel

Jery, 91% Isopropyl Alcohol cleans the epoxy out of my good brushes just fine.
As an extra precaution (cause some of the brushes I use are quite expensive), I then
clean them under running water using a bar of cheap Octagon soap found at most
drug stores or supermarkets. They come out clean and supple.

Thanks - sounds like I should not use acetone or denatured alcohol (of course I already have that stuff - figures)

I use denatured. Isopropyl is OK. It is a question of what cost the least and can get easily. They both work fine. I would avoid acetone.
