Hi All

I'm new to this site and need some help. I'm trying to match a couple of livebait rods I purchased a couple of year back. I need 2 blanks that are IM8, 7', med/light (4-10lb), fast action. The blanks are dark brown, manufaturer unknown. These rods were a special order for WWA (World Walleye Assc.) in 2002. Thanks for any and all your help.

William , you have all the ingedients needed to look at some of the sponsor sites to match what you are looking for . Most of the blanks are listed in catagories for casting , spinning , and so on . It may take a little time , but I have gone through the same thing to match a rod for someone. I'ts hard to say whether you will fing the "perfect "match , but I'm sure you can come close. Neal's fishing could also help if you give him a ring , he's a great guy to deal with . He should be able to match your blank with a Tiger Eye if you come up empty in your search . Also , Mud hole has a blank locater function on their site , though I've never used it to tell you if it would work or not . Good luck , and have fun . JHD
