It's just a cheap wood rasp type file that I got at Home Depot. One side is flat, and the other side is sort of oval, and it has two distinct types of "coarsness on each side. I think it was made by Nicholson files, but I cant say for sure. Look at this page : [www.homedepot.com] It's the second file from the left. Hope that helps! Andy Dear Lamar Manf. Ooops, maybe that link doesnt work. Go to www.homedepot.com and do a search for rasps. It should come up with a link to a page entitiled "LEARN ABOUT FILES AND RASPS" Its the second one from the left.
