Hi I am looking for someone to build a spiral wrapped rod to flip and pitch jigs with. I am not sure what blank or guides I want but have read some good things about the shikari fs 764. I would like to keep the price of the rod some where around $150. The rod does need to be 7'6".

You can find a list of rod builders in your own area. ...... Re: flipping rod

I have a flipping rod that was built for me by Rich Forhan. I am very impressed with this rod, it is built on a Shikari blank, is one piece, spiral wrapped split grip.
