I am building my first saltwater fly rod and am wondering what sort of cork check to use at the end of the handle.I normally use nickel-silver but guess that it would suffer from corrosion.Presumably anodized alluminium would be OK because that is whay we use in our reel fittings,or does it have to be plastic or rubber to be absolutely sure?
