This is a typical SQL error message and indicates you used more than 25 characters in you subject line of you message.

Message_id is a field that is used to generate your message and right or wrong, something is generating an error. User ID 16 and Forum id #2 is you

I do a little programing in SQL and that is what I beleive is generating the message.

That's my opinion and I could be wrong.........

BTW, that does not neccessarily mean you are violating that rule, just the error message.
