Richard,

I believe Squidco in California has the "Varmac" name, whether or not they are the original dies I can not answer. But they did buy the name however. Good Luck

richard,

i also am looking for a black anodized aluminum 'skelton' reel seat.

specifically, i'm looking at the U-16 Spey Seat found on page 69 of the 2005 Mud Hole Catalog...

the stock # is 161300

it's what i want however it may be a little large.

i'd like to see more 'like this'

i don't know if they show this item on there online catalog.

will follow this thread as i'm curious too...

cheers!
