I'm not at all pleased with the butt wrap I did on my last rod.....I notice the waves and I don't quite like my gel pen inscription (my wife doesn't see anything wrong....no matter how times I've had her stare at it)...So I'm gong to re-do it. Will try the Decal Connection this time.

I need a suggestion for font and size from you experts....9.5 ft 7 wt.

What say you? I'm thinking I like the Free Style Script and the Air Mihouse Italic after looking at their samples...

If you have Microsoft word you can make up a lable in any font. You then copy and paste it into an e-mail and send it to Decal Connection and they reproduce it.

As far as sizing goes.....print out sample on a piece of paper with all the inscription you want. Try size 8,10,12.....whatever. Cut out the sample and lay them on the rod to see how the sizing is. Pick the one you like and send it to decal connection.

I do the same thing , I use a Word doc. and print it , using several fonts and sizes . Print them out , cut them up and fit them on the rod , then call Jimi and order . JD
