If you'll take a moment and register, you can then select to have new posts show up with a "new" flag next to them. I wish you didn't have to register to get that feature, or the one for threaded view, but that's the way this particular software package is written.

When you register here there is really no information required than is any different than when you post without registration, your name and email address is required in both instances. What you get are more options which make navigation easier. I like it.

A lot of of other boards where people us nicknames you never know who you are talking to. There is also a lot of silly posts and flaming on some of those boards which turns me off.

This is by far the best fishing related board on the world wide web and the information one can gain here is priceless. No one should have any qualms about registering here.
