I'll have to reserve judgement on whether or not I really like this new board format but the quality of the information should be just as good as ever so nothing except the appearance has really changed.

The one thing that has shocked me and I do like it, is the 'views' column so you can see how many people have read a certain topic. I'm just shocked at how many people are folling these posts. I always knew this board got a ton of traffic but it seems that for every person that does post there are dozens and dozens more who just read the topics! There are threads with over 100 views that have been up for less than an hour!

Anyway I hope the sponsors are noticing how many people are reading each topic and realize what a great place this is for them to participate on. I had no idea that so many rod builders used this site.

This is one feature I wanted to see added. Too many forget that the bulk of this board's users never make any message posts. It is the minority that actually post anything. Thus, we sometimes forget about our language and such because we fail to realize how many thousands of rod builders are just looking in and reading, but not posting.

I have no doubt that the sponsors already know what a great deal they're getting here. But I would agree that the "views" list is a neat feature nonetheless.
