Last week I renewed my subscription for Rodmaker magazine.
The same day I was in the process of putting up the Christmas tree
and ordering another not needed blank. Looking at the tree, that
feeling came over me. Well, I tore up the check and will send
the money to Mr. Tom Kirkman for use in sending his book to
who every he desires.
My Christmas wish is that some of the big companies would
follow the same path. Guess that’s what Christmas is all about
and I no It will make you feel better.
Merry Christmas, Stan

Guys this is wonderful, but I have no copies of the book I wrote for Amato (it's their book, not mine) and I will send free RodMaker subscriptions to any public or high school libraries that qualify.

So, if you want to send the book to someone or to your own library, buy a copy from one of the sponsors to the left and send it under your own name for donation. You can do the same with subscriptions if you wish.

Stan and Mike have just done one more thing to promote and grow the craft. I only wish it wasn't on their shoulders to have to do it.

I have another suggestion that will help get others hooked on this. I belong to a TU chapter in Billings, MT. They're always looking for programs. I think I will contact the program chair and see if they want to have a program on rod building.

Let's not leave it up to Tom. How about giving a Rodmaker subscription to your local Community Library or school Library
