I have a question for any one who can help... I am making a pole and I realized that the eye guides that I have been putting on are some what crooked. I always put thread sealer on my work when I'm done. Do you know somthing I don't? thanks in advance, Tyrus Hoshino Re: can i fix guides that i already thread sealed?

If by "thread sealer" you mean color protector (CP), then you should still be able to straighten the guides. If you mean epoxy and it's already set, too late. Re: can i fix guides that i already thread sealed?

Even with color preserver, the guides will be somewhat cemented in place. You may still be able to move them as just mentioned, but be careful and only apply pressure low on the guide. Pushing on the ring top can result in simply bending the guide legs or feet. .............. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
