I have a customer who is looking for a 15' Fenwick blank. He says he has two that are pretty old and falling apart. He wants to get a couple of new ones. Where can I find these or can I ? I have not dealt with Fenwick before. I checked there site but found nothing. Thanks Dave Re: Fenwick Blanks

David, Fenwick hasn't sold blanks in many, many years. In all honesty, I can't think of a sponsor to the left that doesn't make a far superior product to those old blanks. All you can do is rebuild the ones he has if he wants a Fenwick. Re: Fenwick Blanks

David, Fenwick stopped selling blanks a few years ago. Looking through a 1984 Fenwick catalog I found two surf rod blanks that they made in 14 foot lengths but no 15 footers. Your best chance is to check with some rod shops to see if they still have some. Myself, I was looking for some Fenwick 1389 blanks which I found but the shop owner would not part with them. Cheers, Ellis Re: Fenwick Blanks

Finwick stopped selling blanks about 4 or 5 yrs ago. If you find one expect to pay a premium price. As you noticed no one is vollenteering they have one setting around. I would look around to see whats avable and see if you can talk him in to a new generation blank. Materials used to taday are much better Good Wraps Bob Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
