I wouldn't think so. I'm sure they're fine but I think we're talking pretty much Pac Bay Tradition or Rainforest blanks made for H&H. Correct me if I'm wrong. St. Croix SCIV are great blanks. High performance and great quality and made in the USA. I think they're as good as any other high end blank out there. I just wish they weren't matte green. I'm tired of it. HI guys, Quick clarifications. The H&H XT51 blanks woul dbe comparable to the St Croix blanks. The H&H IM6 would be 'comparable' to a rainshadow RX7. The XT 51 would be very comparable to an RX8. They are not Pac Bay blanks. They ARE made in the USA. The St Croix blue blanks are the new spinning/casting blanks in the SCIV line. The SCIV fly blanks are still matte spruce.
