Fellow rodbuilders, For years I have been using a spray fixative by Krylon. I had my wife pick up a can and she came home with Krylon spray adhesive-all purpose 7010. Is this the same product or has anyone had any experience with it. Thanks in advance, Rod Re: fixative

I am using it to put over decals and inscriptions before applying LS Re: fixative

Check Krylon's website. They have a product called Fixatif which is a protective coating, and a spray adhesive. I wouldn't think they would be interchangeable for a single purpose. Re: fixative

They're not the same. Don't put that adhesive over your decals or you'll have a royal mess. ......... Re: fixative

Krylon also makes something called Matte Dulling Spray which will work just as well as the Artists Fixative. It might be easier to find. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
