Seeking your good advice about white tippings/trim wraps..

I shall be using a shade of Brown Gudebrod AA nylon for whippings, Id like to tip each end with white thread,(((Blank is also Brown)) My thoughts are to go with a Non treated thread for the actual guide wraps but for the white tipps definatly an already threated thread...

Do ya think this is the best way to go to keep them whites whiter than white (*Grin*)??
Your thoughts and suggestions well appreciated...

Cheers
Matt

Matt,

Your idea to use regular brown nylon with white NCp will work well. Another good combination is to use tan NCP for the trim. It looks off-white, sort of a Navajo white. I use it all the time for classy looking trim wraps.

NCP is not treated, but it is opaque and will hold color better than regular nylon. Where white is concerned, I think it's the only way to go.
