Hello:
I posted a note on 10/31/04 regarding my Lamiglas 9' 3 piece 4/5 wt. Perigee rod and how it broke the first the cast it. First, thank you to all the fellow rod assemblers who responded. Second. The next day, Todd Vivian of Lamigas responded to my post and was really nice and stated Lamiglas would replace the tip section ASAP. I think that the chief rod designer form a major rod company like Lamiglas responding to average joe rod assembler like me is awsome. Thank you to all.

I think most blank and components companies watch this board pretty close. Even those that aren't sponsors like Lamiglass. They know the traffic this place gets and the numbers of builders who use it for info. If I were running a blank or component company this is one place I'd pay attention to. It would help you keep your pulse on what's going on in the trenches of rod building.

Todd and Lamiglas have gone out of there way many times for me and my friends. They always seem to have the answers for my questions.
