IC723 wouldn't be bad if you need to consider the current Rainshadows. For something comparable try the American Tackle 601M. This blank isn't mentioned much, though it will do some nice casting and fish catching with some nice guide and handle setup. I would seriously check into the SCII graphite St. Croix line model 2C60MF for an excellent top and worm rod for the 6' mid range price category.
