any body know where to find painted pewter hat pins????????
have e-mailed J&B Rods twice, no responce. Like too use as gifts, when friend have good luck on our fishing trips. ie. halubut,salmon,big trout,snaper,stripper,ect,ect... Re: pewter pins

Steve, Go to our website at www.rodreel.com. You'll find the hat pins under Gift Items. They make excellent use of just what you mention. Guess that's why they are called gift items for the angler. I have ALOT of the hat pins - collected 'em over the years of travel in the Coast Guard. My question is - how do I coat the wooden fore or rear grip with the pin on it? Do I need a mold or something like that? Or should I mill out a recessed portion of the wooden grip for the pin? thanks Re: pewter pins
