Hi all: I desperately need your help. I just finished a beautiful rod and used an Alps aluminum blue reel seat. I finished the rod then noticed a small amount of dried up epoxy on the reel seat top near the grip. Is there a way I might be able to remove the epoxy without damaging the paint on the reel seat. Please help, I need to ship this out by Thursday. Thank You.

Thank you, for all your help. I just purchased this morning the CRB Medium Duty Spin/Cast Guide - Model MD. Not really happy with crb, but mudhole stock is limited. I am going to cancel and look for a guide as per your recommended specifications. Any ideas as to where I can find a good selection of guides? I like mudhole, but tired of them pushing crb. I purchased the red sable brushes from mudhole and found that they are garbage and shed hairs almost every time. This is the first time i used a sable non-disposable brush and I found that i like the soft bristles and the different sizes available vs the small disposables. Hi All: I am looking to build a couple of tautog/blackfish rods being that this is the time of year where they can be fished. Can anyone recommend a good blank with specs that I can use for this purpose? I believe a fast action, 20-30lb blank is a start. I like American Tackle but I am open to any brand that will give me a good quality rod. Thanks
