I have the CRB tent and am very happy with it, it's lite and easy to store during the off season, I was going to build a drying box but I dont have enough wall space in my garage.
However, I only use it to keep the dust at bay as my garage is heated.

The locking ring for the reel is 33.29mm (1.31") the largest od. And tapers to 30mm (1.18") at the grip.

I just got done building on 4 of those blanks this winter, but have not fished them yet.
They are really nice, have a nice bend to them.
Just give Kerry @ Batson a call as I did, as he helped me chose the blanks for the fish I will target with, (Albacore Tuna)
As for the guides, I used the Alps XN series, also spiral wrapped.

I think there was a post about this a few days ago,
It was recommended to apply a coat of CP after the decal is placed, let cure, then epoxy.
I had the same problem with the last MHX decal too, and will try the CP trick with the one on the wrapper now and post back.

Wow......... I'm a newbie at all of this, only been building rods for about 11 months, been reading a lot here, "Thank you". I got my kits from Mike about 5 days after ordering it, not sure what the problem is.
