Guide repair

One of the feet of a guide worked loose from the wrap. When trying to replace it, the other foot broke. How can I repair this? Both wraps are still there, one with a guide foot in it. Do I try to remove the other guide foot and replace the guide or do I need to remove the wraps? Can wraps be removed?

Thanks for any suggestions.

Use a single edge razor blade to shave the wrap off the one with the remaining foot still in it. Do not cut against the blank. Try to grab a loose thread and unwind it. Use a hair dryer to soften any epoxy you can't pop off with a fingernail and then prep and rewrap a new guide. Finish as usual. Good as new.
