Winston blank guarantee update!

I had purchased a blank from a dealer and he sold me an older blank that was made by Loomis. I thought I was buying a newer blank, I don't think the dealer did it intentionally. I called Winston and the dealer and Winston worked it out and covered the dealer. I will get a new blank in a couple of days. Thanks Winston for covering this when you did not have to, and thanks to those who responded in my earlier post.

All's well that ends well. I think most of the companies in the rod business will bend over backwards to help their customers as long as the customers approach any problems with a pleasant attitude. I have yet to be disppointed with any of them.

Very glad things worked out for you. I'm sure they retained a good customer by helping you out.
