Hallo ! Would be interested to hear about the way you make trim wraps. I like to do an unterwrap for a boat rod of the following described pattern: On the outside (left and right) of the underwrap a small trim wrap. Below the ring (in the middle) a thicker trim wrap and two small trim wraps (left and right) only a few mm´s from the middle (the thicker) wrap. What is the fastest way to do this ? Is it possible to make the trim wraps in the middle without cutting the thread of the main colour ? Greatings from Europe (Austria). Alex Re: Technique for trim wraps

Hi Alex; IF!! I'm reading your message correctly, I do not believe you can (that's not true, you could, but would not want to) not stop your your underwrap to place the trim bands. There should not be any problem stopping the wrap, and adding a "few mm's" trim band, then restarting the underwrap. If I have not made sense above, please feel free to Email me with more particulars. Good luck on your project, Pat Doyle Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
