Steelhead rod blank

I am trying to find a blank in the 10 foot range in either a truly fast action or med/mag taper for throwing spoons and drifting. Thus far I am only aware of two specimens that fill my needs. One is Cabela's XML GST 1004 and Lamiglas' Cert. Pro X 10 MTC, the second of which is not offered in blank form to my knowledge. Does anyone have info on other options in this length? I might ad that a tip size in the 4.5 to 5.5 is desireable as cast weight will be 3/8-1 oz. primarily. The only problem I have encountered with the XML is that it is a little soft and the GST 1006 is a tad stout. In the last couple years I have built quite a few rods in the 9 to 10.5 foot range and have yet to find the magic wand. Also I have been experimenting with smaller ring single foot guides on the the tip section in order to keep weight down and allow for optimum sensitivity and action. ( By the way this is a casting rod). Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Joe the blank from the "X10MCT" is available in blank form the model number is:
XSH 120 2M
I would also like to recommend the blank that is used in the "X10MTCT" This is a Mag/Taper model and is a real sweet blank.
the blank model for this is :
XSH1202MT
the ratings are as follows:

8 - 17 lb. line 1/4 - 5/8 oz. lure 10' 2pc.
