To all of you who responded to my commentary about my approach to rod building for others thanks very much,BUT I'm not a professional builder! I have no rod building business. I've never charged anyone for building a rod in my life other than for parts, s&h, and insurance if applicable. Thats why I can approach things as I do.Don't know that I'd be any different if i was in business, probably starve which would do wonders for my waistline. But I'll tell you I'd not want to be in the "roll Your Own" business(1) because I love to tinker around with rods,reels,lures,etc.and and don't want to turn my hobby into a job and a really tedious job at that. Sometimes I can work on a rod for hours and other times I can't bear to get started thats why I never promise a date. (2) I'm the worlds worst "people person" ! Anyhow thanks to all for the so nice comments. Neil
