Not a sponsor so I don't think I can post a hyperlink but checkout Rod Forge. They offer painted blanks in several colors including a metallic purple I believe.

Keep in mind that personal or 3rd party alterations to a blank, which includes painting will generally void any warranty on the blank. Check with the manufacturer before altering a blank's finish or paint.

I thought rod geeks use to have a huge color selection. I know my rod builder can make a rod with any color I want using a NFC blank.

They used to before moving the factory back to the St Croix Us factory when they cut it to like 3 colors (I’m not going to count black and unfinished as colors). Have been hearing they are going to add back since just before ICRBE this year……..

CTS has a nice color selection (though not unlimited) and RodForge, new US mfg entrant, is adding quite a number of color options.

As to custom painting voiding the blanks warranty - well any mfg that would not honor their warranty if I painted the blank won’t get any more business from me - I mean I guess we better not wrap tread or put epoxy or anything like that on those blanks either <grin>

Many blank manufacturers won't honor a blank warranty if the blank has been refinished or repainted. Wrapping guides or coating thread wraps does not fall under that category. Always check the manufacturer's warranty for specifics that may void a warranty.
