Anybody know what thread color was used by Garcia Conlon? Trying to match their original thread.

Gudebrod offered two brown threads that were used by manufacturers. What is listed as Chestnut Brown was actually created for Fenwick and early on carried the name Fenwick Brown. The other brown was a darker brown and I think is what Conolon used for many years.

Tom offers more advice than I can. While I certainly hold Conolons in the highest esteem, I have no clue exactly what the actual thread colors are / were. Although it is pretty much guaranteed the brand was Gudebrod, since it is no longer available you’ll still have to match the color as best as possible anyway.
