So I have a pretty small area ( 10x 11) in which I build rods and do some lasering. Both hobbies. It's plenty tidy but not sterile by any means.
Right now I have 2 drying and don't feel like I should be messing around in there and raise any dust. So I'm thinking about building something to enclose rods, possibly on the wall, while they are drying so I can stay in there working and not worry about dust. Yes, I could wait till the end of the day to do epoxy but doesn't always work out. I have an idea in mind but wondering if anyone else has an enclosure for drying rods? Love to see them.

Yes I have seen that. As I was sitting there this morning I thought maybe a Visqueen curtain may be a good and simple solution.

If you want to go that route, just get yourself a spring loaded shower rod and hang up a shower curtain.

Just keep in mind that plastic can create static electricity which in turn draws dust and foreigh matter

Wow some of those are over the top.

Just take a couple of cardboard refrigerator boxes. Cut and tape them together to form a rod room and when the rods are coated and drying, simply place the box over the top of the drying rods.

Obviously blow them out very well - outside to be sure that there is no cardboard or other particles that might get onto the drying rod.

Or, if you wish, just build a cabinet on the wall with a drop down door to create a closed container for your rods.

Made mine out of Plexiglas and use Christmas tree light string for heat along rod and use a wall Variable pot to control the brightness/temp in box. I also blocked off the floor heat vents.
