Olt: I can make up rollers to suit a specific situation.

One of the main advantages of UHMW in sheet, rod or cast into any shape one wants (for a price) is it has an extremely high wear resistance and will not swell or expand under pressure.. It is used a lot
as the running surface for high speed chain applications ie. canning,
bottling and in the sawmills for running return chain on. Chains will wear out long before the UHMW in most situations.
You don't require a bearing to run UHMW on a shaft in many applications - I run the wheel on the shoulder of an allen head shoulder bolt used as the shaft.
